We're looking for a results-driven professional to spearhead our digital growth strategy as a Business Development Manager.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue through innovative sales strategies and building strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify new business opportunities
  • Conduct prospecting through emails, LinkedIn, and cold calling to generate new business leads
  • Qualify prospects using lists, reports, and self-prospecting strategies
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales metrics and revenue targets
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the BPO industry
  • A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Strong ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong desire to succeed
