Senior Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Specialist and Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support while our application maintains the highest level of reliability.
Your primary responsibility will be to handle escalated customer issues, test new features before release, and build automation that improves both our support and QA processes.
You will work closely with our development team to identify and resolve complex technical issues, as well as develop automated test suites to ensure our application meets the highest standards.
To excel in this role, you must have strong English communication skills, previous experience in a consumer or business app environment, and a demonstrated ability to provide effective technical support or QA testing.
