Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver strategic and tactical HR support and programs to employees and managers, including performance management, organizational design, learning and development, compensation programs and employee relations.
  • Partner effectively with HR centers of excellence including Immigration, Compensation and Benefits, Tesla Talent, Employee Relations, and Recruiting.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience and partner with management to develop and implement innovative and sustainable solutions.
What We're Looking For
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a HR Business Partner or other HR role including coaching, employee relations, recruiting, compensation, training & HR project management or program implementation.
  • Office admin/management experience is preferred.
  • Applied knowledge of federal, state and local laws and statutes for employment.
  • Demonstrated experience in organizational development and change management is a plus.
