We are seeking a meticulous and knowledgeable Senior Food Safety Specialist to conduct thorough audits ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of industry regulations, including ISO 22000, GMP, HACCP, and other relevant food safety management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed audits across various facilities, verifying adherence to industry standards.
  • Evaluate compliance with regulatory requirements, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Compile comprehensive audit reports highlighting findings, risks, and recommendations for enhancement.
  • Provide clients with expert advice on optimizing food safety systems and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date on current trends and regulatory changes in food safety and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Agriculture, Biology, or a related field.
  • At least 23 years of experience in food safety auditing, food manufacturing, or quality assurance.
  • Proven knowledge and experience in GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and other food safety management systems.
  • Completion of Lead Auditor training in ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, or similar standards is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • Certification in HACCP, Food Safety, or other relevant programs is preferred.
