Be a key player in our Compliance team by taking on the role of Compliance Assistant. In this position, you will support senior leaders and teams by coordinating critical activities, preparing financial reports, and managing administrative tasks. This involves working closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution, maintaining accurate records, and providing timely updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate reporting exercises, prepare accurate reports, and provide updates to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare financial statements, manage bookkeeping tasks, and ensure accurate journaling of expenses and charges.
  • Manage corporate records, monitor expenditures, report on budget status, and undertake procurement of goods and services.
  • Provide support for ICS processes, including Know Your Customer (KYC) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) activities.
  • Conduct quality control processes, create regular and ad-hoc reports, and oversee program documentation control.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field required.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite of products, strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and comprehension abilities, attention to detail, and adaptability to changing environments.
