Job Title: Recruitment Support Specialist

A recruitment support specialist is required to assist in an assigned human resources sub-function such as recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides functional support in the recruitment process including but not limited to phone screening, candidate information entry into a database, interviewing candidates for entry-level positions and administering language and online assessments.
  • Coordinates with internal stakeholders for recruitment requirements and evaluates the recruitment process.
  • Participates in other sourcing strategies such as job fairs and offsite events.
Job Specifications/Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: A college graduate preferably in psychology, business administration or other related field.
  • Professional Experience: Fresh graduates or relevant work experience preferred.
  • Must possess analytical skills and customer focus.
  • Good oral and written communication skills for business correspondences.
  • Must be flexible with working schedules depending on business needs.
