Job Overview

The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for merchants, from initial setup to activation on our platform.

About The Role

This role involves auditing menus, uploading merchant photos, making outbound calls/emails to resolve issues, and verifying that merchants meet all requirements for activation.
