Job Description

The role of Exchange Operations Analyst entails overseeing the smooth operation of exchange systems. This includes configuring and testing exchange applications, monitoring exchange prices and spreads, managing treasury for quant wallets, preparing weekly reports, onboarding partners, and identifying inefficiencies to increase profitability.

Responsibilities
  • Configure and test exchange applications end-to-end, including drafting and executing test scenarios, test cases, and checklists/process flows.
  • Monitor exchange prices and spreads to ensure alignment with global market prices.
  • Manage treasury for quant wallets.
  • Prepare and present weekly OKR reports.
  • Manage and onboard partners onto the exchange.
  • Identify inefficiencies using trading metrics and opportunities to increase profitability and performance.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be used to measure success in these areas.

Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Extensive experience in Crypto operations and process optimization.
  • More than 2 years of experience in exchange operations.
  • Preferably more than 1 year of experience in spot or conversion trading in financial services and/or user operations.
  • Good knowledge in operations, including BAU, back admin system management, basic trading knowledge, and market promotion.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in risk management and automation tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
