Job Description

We are seeking a skilled SEO Specialist to drive strong search outcomes and champion the success of our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving organic search growth outcomes, improving organic visibility across key markets based on client objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong command of English - both in language spoken and written skills, with a background in client management, SEO, communications, or digital marketing. They should be passionate about SEO, content strategy, and data-driven digital performance.

  • Successful delivery of SEO/AEO programs for clients
  • Driving organic search growth outcomes and improving organic visibility across key markets based on client objectives
  • Conducting keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization strategies
  • Collaborating with content creators and designers to align SEO goals with content execution e.g. by providing SEO briefs for new blogs and web content
  • Auditing websites and recommending improvements for on-page SEO, technical SEO, and metadata
  • Monitoring, reporting, and analyzing SEO and AEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, LLMs
  • Identifying new opportunities to increase organic traffic and conversions
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4-5 years' experience in SEO, digital marketing, or related field
  • Strong understanding of keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO best practices
  • Experience in using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack, and Asana (a bonus)
