Product Analytics Specialist

This role focuses on examining digital product usage, defining key metrics, and supporting data-driven decision making.

Main Responsibilities
  • Examine user behavior to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Define, track, and report on key product performance indicators.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of new feature adoption, experiment results, and product optimization.
Data Analysis & Insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design tracking requirements.
  • Ensure accurate data collection through tools like analytics platforms, data warehouses, or ETL pipelines.
  • Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Translate business needs into actionable insights and communicate findings effectively.
  • Create interactive dashboards and self-serve tools for data access across teams.
  • Work closely with product teams to embed insights into strategic decisions.
Strategic Decision Support
  • Support product strategy with market benchmarking, customer segmentation, and cohort analysis.
  • Prioritize product initiatives based on quantitative impact and user need.
QualificationsRequired:
  • 2+ years in a product analytics or similar data role.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and experience with analytics tools.
  • Understanding of user lifecycle metrics and product analytics concepts.
  • Strong communication skills.
Preferred:
  • Hands-on experience with product analytics tools is highly valued.
  • Experience in SaaS or B2B product environments.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing design and interpretation.
