Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Social Media Manager to drive our brand presence, boost engagement, and deliver results.

This is a strategic role that involves owning our social media channels, crafting compelling content, and analyzing metrics to inform growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Strategy: Develop a comprehensive content plan that aligns with our brand goals, engaging our audience across multiple platforms.
  • Paid Campaign Management: Manage and optimize paid campaigns to drive conversions and maximize ROI.
  • Community Engagement: Foster a strong online community by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B social media management.
  • Excellent copywriting skills, with a focus on creating engaging hooks and CTAs.
  • Proven track record of success in at least two ad platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Proficiency in Reels/TikTok editing tools, as well as analytics software (GA4, platform insights, Sprout/Hootsuite).
