We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to support our legal practice specializing in estate planning and related services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.


Responsibilities
  • The successful applicant will review all existing open files and convert them into structured projects, identifying key milestones, deliverables, timelines, and deadlines.
  • They will build and maintain internal status review documentation to track progress and ensure accountability.
  • Additionally, they will build and maintain external status review documentation for client-facing updates.
  • The primary point of contact for clients will provide proactively file updates with a consistent communication cadence.
  • Candidates must be able to coordinate with legal staff and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.

Requirements
  • Candidates should have recent hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, office administration, or operations is also required.
  • The ideal candidate will possess exceptional ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and client-friendly tone, are essential.
  • Candidates must demonstrate a proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to work is crucial.
  • Training will be provided on legal-specific workflows.
