Design Coordinator Role

This is an exciting opportunity to provide support to a team of designers and contribute to the delivery of high-quality projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design management, with excellent planning and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with designers and other departments to ensure timely delivery of plans and project briefs.
  • Prepare recommendations for senior management approval.
  • Develop initial design layouts and test-fits as needed.
  • Prepare notice to proceed and letter of award documents.
  • Review proposals and contracts for signing and notarization.
  • Monitor timeliness of design consultant deliverables.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated strength in design management, plan review, and coordination.
