Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator

- We seek a highly skilled and organized individual to provide exceptional support for our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, handling account setup, updates, and maintenance, and coordinating necessary documentation and system inputs.
- This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- The successful candidate will be proactive in engaging with clients to support membership retention and renewals.
- They will also lead client onboarding and benefit orientation, ensuring a seamless experience.
- A bachelor's degree holder or college graduate with at least 1 year of experience in client servicing is preferred.
- Proven skills in account management, including client relationship building, issue resolution, and retention strategies are essential.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills are required.
- The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, high attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is necessary.
- Able to handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
