The Financial Operations Coordinator role involves preparing financial entries, reconciliations, and reports for the regional office. This position is responsible for coordinating with assigned business units and controllers to address queries and resolve concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare accurate and timely financial entries, including intercompany transactions with Asia Business Units.
  2. Assist the Regional Controller and MBPS Manager during audits, providing audit confirmations to external auditors regarding intercompany balances.
  3. Prepare and coordinate intercompany reconciliations for assigned business units, resolving variances with Asia Business Units.
  4. Coordinate with Asia Business Units and Regional Controllers to provide supporting documents, answer queries, and resolve concerns.
  5. Develop and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  6. Support the Manager with ad-hoc tasks and special projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a finance-related role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • A graduate degree in Finance or Accounting; relevant certifications are an advantage.
