Financial Planning Analyst Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Financial Planning Analyst. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the financial future of our organization.

  • Project Financial Reporting: Provide timely and accurate financial reports for projects, ensuring stakeholders have the information they need to make informed decisions.
  • Financial Status per Project: Monitor and analyze financial performance by project, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for cost savings.
  • Budget Management:
    • Annual Preparation: Develop and implement annual budgets for projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
    • Monthly Monitoring and Reporting
    • Project Based Budgeting: Collaborate with project teams to develop and manage project-specific budgets.
    • Monthly Forecast Preparation: Prepare monthly forecasts for project revenue and expenses, providing insights into potential variances.
  • Financial Analysis:
    • Projections/Forecast collaboration with all business units: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and refine financial projections and forecasts.
    • Financial Review with all business units: Conduct regular financial reviews with business units to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
    • Company and Project Variance Analysis: Identify and analyze variances between actual and forecasted financial performance.
    • Other Analyses, as needed: Perform additional financial analyses as required to support business decisions.
    • Shareholder Basis Maintenance: Ensure accurate maintenance of shareholder basis, including calculation and tracking of shareholdings.
  • Management Financial Reporting:
    • Cash Balance and Forecasting: Monitor and manage cash balances, developing forecasts to inform investment and funding decisions.
    • Corporate Financial Statements: Prepare and review corporate financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Wrap Rate Maintenance: Manage wrap rates, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
