Financial Leadership Role

This position is responsible for overseeing financial operations across multiple entities within a media and entertainment company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management, particularly in multi-entity structures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans to ensure strategic alignment and growth within the organization.
  • Accounting and Reporting: Manage accounting processes, prepare financial statements, and maintain accurate records across all entities.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure adherence to tax regulations and laws, including transfer pricing and group tax strategies.
  • Intercompany Transactions: Coordinate and manage intercompany transactions, including eliminations, loans, and cost allocations.
  • Financial Modeling: Build and maintain financial models to support business decisions and forecasting.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with CPA or CA certification.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years in financial management, with at least 3 years in a multi-entity structure.
  • Skills: Advanced proficiency in Xero or similar ERP systems, strong Excel skills, and ability to analyze complex financial data.
