Multilingual Sales Development Representative

Join Visaya KPO as a Multilingual Sales Development Representative in the exciting field of healthcare technology We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to drive sales growth in North and South America.
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the region. The ideal candidate will have fluency in English and Spanish, with Portuguese being a plus. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales leads, developing territory-specific sales strategies, and conducting market research to stay ahead of the competition.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Lead Identification and Qualification: Utilize your excellent communication skills to identify and qualify potential customers, understanding their needs and pain points to provide tailored solutions.
- Territory-Specific Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to each territory, leveraging your knowledge of local markets and competitor activity.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct regular market research to identify trends and opportunities, staying up-to-date on industry developments and competitor activity.
- Sales Execution and Reporting: Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals, maintaining accurate customer and prospect data in our CRM system.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, collaborating with distributors to maximize market reach.
- Product Knowledge and Support: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, articulating their clinical and economic benefits to potential customers.
- Experience: 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in healthcare technology or medical devices.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
- Skills: Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to travel up to 50-60% within North and South America.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
