Job Overview

We are seeking talented individuals to join our team as Disaster Relief Support Specialists. As a key member of our disaster relief efforts, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and assistance to those affected by disasters.

As a Disaster Relief Support Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering top-notch customer experiences. You will work closely with our team to identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide empathetic and personalized support to customers affected by disasters
  • Assist customers with service inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers through excellent communication skills
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems

Physical Requirements

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
