Disaster Response Support Specialist

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our disaster relief call center team. As a Disaster Relief Call Center Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to customers affected by disasters.
This is a temporary, remote position contingent on hurricane disaster relief needs. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to meet their needs.
Job Responsibilities- Assist customers with service inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Learn and apply the latest customer service techniques and systems to improve the customer experience
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
