We're seeking a talented Business Travel Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding service to corporate travelers before, during and after their business trips.

Job Description:

As a Business Travel Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and completing travel arrangements that meet client standards and preferences
  • Ensuring reservations are built according to client requirements
  • Acting as a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations to deliver a seamless traveler experience
  • Handling a wide range of bookings from simple to complex ones with potentially non-standard and multi-destinations, ticket exchanges and complex fares
  • Making changes or solving any issues that may occur during or before the travel

On a daily basis, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of assignments, including routine and non-routine tasks. You will also benefit from comprehensive training provided by experienced colleagues and utilize our social intranet to stay up-to-date with the latest information.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience working as a Travel Consultant
  • Advanced knowledge of GDS (Sabre or Amadeus)
  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality customer service
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
