Job Description

Deliver process improvement and automation solutions to drive business growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and implement scalable, efficient processes.

  • Design, develop, and implement process improvements using workflow, RPA, OCR, NLP, and ML technologies.
  • Map as-is processes, explore innovative solutions, and test new technologies to re-engineer, digitize, or automate processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create Solution Design Documents (SDDs) including detailed RPA solution process flows, technical specifications, and user acceptance testing procedures.
  • Develop and document test scenarios and procedures for user acceptance testing.
  • Define project development approaches, plan projects, and communicate risks and issues to project managers.
Requirements:

Strong programming skills in Python, VBA, SQL, Java, HTML, ASP.NET required. Experience in RPA software (e.g., BluePrism, UiPath, Automation anywhere), ETL processes, data wrangling, and database management systems (MySQL, SQL Server).

Business process mapping skills (MS Visio, ARIS) and experience working in project environments are highly beneficial. Good analytical and problem-solving skills, prioritization skills, communication skills, and ability to work well in team environments.
