Digital Marketing & Paid Media Professional Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Digital Marketing & Paid Media Specialist to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

This is a supervisory position within our Digital Marketing department, where you will be responsible for leading and executing paid media campaigns across various channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and create effective marketing strategies.
  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing plans to drive user acquisition and retention.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns on Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and X.
  • Manage email and SMS marketing campaigns via Klaviyo.
  • Analyze programmatic advertising performance and track key metrics.
  • Implement SEO and search optimization strategies to enhance online visibility.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media campaigns.
  • Proven track record of managing successful paid media campaigns with measurable results.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in a digital marketing agency setting.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Blueprint.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Ambitious and enthusiastic personality.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and Shopify.
