The Paid Social Strategist will lead and execute upon a paid social strategy that helps reach a business' overarching goals. Responsibilities include full ownership and execution of performance marketing via paid social platforms, effectively executing builds and production A-Z with redundancy across channels, and leading execution of optimizations concerning performance improvements relative to goals.

\

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of digital marketing experience, with a focus on direct response marketing and E-commerce. They must also have expertise in Meta Ads and TikTok ads for direct response campaigns, as well as Google Analytics and Shopify.

\

The key performance indicators for this role include managing a full workload indicated by one or more of the following: $26k MRR or 6 owned clients, and below 10% client churn rate.
