The role of a Solution Expert is a critical one, responsible for delivering customer-focused assessment services that enable organizations to achieve their strategic goals.
- Manage and execute comprehensive solution assessments, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
- Act as a key point of contact for customers during the solution delivery process.
- Provide in-depth knowledge of Microsoft solutions, including Azure and 365, educating customers on best practices and tools.
Key responsibilities include:
- Customer Engagement: Manage customer expectations and provide regular updates on solution progress.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Provide expert knowledge of Microsoft solutions, including Azure, 365, and related technologies.
- Assessment Process: Execute pre-sales, kickoff, and scoping activities, understanding customer business objectives and technical requirements.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- 3+ years of experience in solution sales, technical sales, or consulting in Microsoft solutions.
- Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong comprehension of Cloud technologies, Microsoft 365, and Azure solutions and related solutions/tools subject matters.
