Job Title: Technical Support Liaison, Communication Specialists Role Overview:

This position involves providing top-notch customer support through various communication channels, building lasting relationships with clients, meeting team performance targets, staying updated on cutting-edge technology, and handling sensitive information securely.

  • Deliver high-quality customer service via live chats and email interactions
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively address customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with developers and other departments to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent Chinese and English language skills (upper intermediate level)
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer support position
  • Familiarity with live chat and email support software
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to quickly find solutions to complex problems
  • A positive attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • A personal laptop or computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
PREFERRED SKILLS:
