
Technical Support Liaison, Communication Specialists

This position involves providing top-notch customer support through various communication channels, building lasting relationships with clients, meeting team performance targets, staying updated on cutting-edge technology, and handling sensitive information securely.
- Deliver high-quality customer service via live chats and email interactions
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively address customer inquiries
- Collaborate with developers and other departments to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Excellent Chinese and English language skills (upper intermediate level)
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer support position
- Familiarity with live chat and email support software
- An analytical mindset with the ability to quickly find solutions to complex problems
- A positive attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- A personal laptop or computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
The following skills would be highly beneficial in this role:
- Experience with CRM systems
- Experience with Salesforce or Zendesk
