We are seeking a skilled Protection Officer to join our team. As a vital member of our organization, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for all customers, employees, guests, and personnel within the assigned mall.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement relations services plans and programs with direction from the manager
  • Conduct regular inspections of all security posts in their branch
  • Attend to all types of complaints in coordination with operations
  • Check attendance records of agency personnel
  • Report violations of company rules and regulations committed by employees, contractual or agency personnel, and tenants
  • Investigate incidents and prepare daily recurring reports
  • Maintain files of all documents in the office
  • Conduct orientations for new tenant employees
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course
  • 1-2 years of experience in the security industry is an advantage
  • Certified Security Professional is optional
  • Assignment will be in SM Southmall, Las Piñas
