Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to fill the role of Financial Controller. In this position, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining financial systems, datasets, and reporting frameworks to support decision-making. Additionally, you will design and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Organize and manage workflows and datasets across multiple departments, ensuring information and documentation are properly structured.
  • Design and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage and maintain financial systems, datasets, and reporting frameworks to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure adherence to established procedures and timely data collection.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting or another analytical field.
  • At least 4-5 years of related work experience as a financial controller.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, and modeling).
  • Able to build and work with financial/data models, with an excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
