Financial Operations Specialist

This role is designed to support the finance team by ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations across multiple countries.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting, as well as the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Process accounts payable invoices and resolve discrepancies in Oracle.
- Prepare quarterly GST reports for applicable jurisdictions.
- Reconcile bank statements weekly against general ledger entries.
- Maintain accounting databases, including data entry and backup documentation.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries related to accounts payable adjustments.
- Manage monthly revaluation of foreign vendor balances and cash positions.
- Prepare and maintain weekly funding requirement schedules.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Banking, or Business Management.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting, with solid exposure to accounts payable and general ledger.
- Strong understanding of accounting processes and cycles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Collaborative team player.
