Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

\

The primary goal of this position is to support the company's financial operations by performing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, processing invoices and credits, maintaining accurate financial records, investigating and resolving finance-related issues, and collaborating with teams to ensure smooth financial workflows.

  • Support ad-hoc financial operations tasks and data entry.\
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth financial workflows.\
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.\
  • Ensure that all tasks are performed accurately and efficiently in order to meet the needs of the business.\
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders.\
  • Develop strong working relationships with colleagues and other departments.\
  • Perform other duties as may be required from time to time.\
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that impact the team and organization.
\Required Skills and Qualifications\
  • \
  • 1+ years of experience in financial operations, accounting or bookkeeping.\
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.\
  • Highly organized and dependable with solid time management skills.\
  • Proactive problem-solver who can work independently without frequent escalation.\
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.\
  • Experience working with QuickBooks or similar accounting tools a plus.\
  • Background in startups, SMEs, freelancing or remote admin work a plus.\
  • CPA certification a plus.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.\

  • Familiarity with billing platforms a plus.\
  • Background in human resources a plus.\
  • Experience with recruiting software a plus.
