Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Resiliency Analyst to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring our organization's preparedness, response, and recovery to incidents, events, and crises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitoring and Providing Proactive Situational Awareness
  • Managing program administration tasks and supporting incidents, events, and crisis management efforts
  • Collaborating with shift leads to ensure effective task execution
  • Supporting a 24/7 Follow-the-Sun Crisis Management Model with three shifts
  • Participating in rotating on-call coverage including weekends and regional holidays
  • Contributing to issues prevention, escalation, and corrective actions
Requirements
  • Experience in incident response, crisis management, emergency management, business continuity, and/or intelligence analysis
  • Experience working within a command/operation center environment
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, OneNote, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
  • Write and speak clearly and communicate effectively with internal and external partners
  • Solid analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to managing and mitigating risks
