Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Brand Communications Manager. This role involves developing and executing public relations strategies that align with the brand's objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute PR Strategies: Create and implement PR strategies that enhance the brand's image and reputation.
  • Cultivate Relationships with Influencers and Stakeholders: Build and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers, journalists, media outlets, and stakeholders.
  • Manage Media Inquiries and Interviews: Coordinate interviews and press briefings with company leadership and respond to all media inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Create Compelling Press Releases and Media Kits: Draft and edit engaging press releases, media kits, pitches, articles, and other external and internal brand communication initiatives.
  • Lead Crisis Communication Efforts: Proactively manage brand reputation by leading crisis communication efforts and monitoring media coverage.
  • Monitor PR Performance Metrics: Analyze PR performance metrics and report on campaign effectiveness to inform future strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications or Related Field: Hold a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven Track Record in PR or Communications: Possess a proven track record of 3-5 years in a PR or communications role.
  • Experience in Fintech or Finance (Plus): Having experience in Fintech or Finance is an added advantage.
  • Strong Writing and Verbal Communication Skills: Demonstrate exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated Success in Media Relations: Showcase demonstrated success in securing press coverage and building strong relationships with industry influencers and stakeholders.
