The Onboarding Manager is responsible for leading the implementation process, providing technical support and guidance to the team. They ensure timely resolution of issues, align client requirements with project goals, and maintain adherence to timelines.

Job Description

This role involves administering the everyday workflow of all implementation processes and providing technical support to associates. The Onboarding Manager coordinates with the team to resolve issues within required timeframes and recommends appropriate changes to policies and procedures. They evaluate all implementation requests, administer staff working hours, and provide coaching as needed.

Key Responsibilities
