Debt Recovery Specialist

Motorized Field Collector

This role focuses on collecting debts in various locations. Key responsibilities include adhering to established procedures, fostering customer service and collaboration, serving as a point of escalation for collection-related concerns, reporting audit findings, handling complaints, monitoring delinquency, and supporting operations across multiple units.

• Comply with all Collections Standard Operating Procedures
• Foster strong customer service orientation, collaboration, results orientation, and strategic thinking within the Collections unit
• Serve as the point of escalation for Collection BU and account-related concerns
• Report audit findings to the Head of Collections for disposition and remediation
• Handle complaints or difficult calls
• Monitor and control delinquency to minimize credit losses
• Support Fintech Operations across Credit Underwriting, Collections, and/or Customer Service; understand the Credit Customer Lifecycle Process
• Assist in field collections and/or barangay case filing when necessary

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Legal Management, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 3 years of relevant collections experience; tele sales experience is a plus
• Goal and results oriented with a track record of achieving targets in a fast-growing environment
• Driven and ready to tackle challenges and contribute to growth
• Willing to be based in Pateros, Manila
