Project Manager for Quantitative Research

The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle from initiation to completion, encompassing project budget management, client communication on progress, troubleshooting and providing solutions to meet deadlines, ensuring compliance with health standards throughout the process, and coordinating daily activities involved in running individual projects and resolving issues that may jeopardize timely completion.

Responsibilities
  • Review project documentation provided by client services with manager and identify potential risks that could impact project timelines and budgets.
  • Manage internal project kick-off meeting with sales, panel, and programming teams to review materials, finalize project requirements, and determine schedules and timelines.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on project status during the fielding process via email or phone and make recommendations to maximize sample sizes while in the field.
  • Ensure timely project completion and payment of incentives to panelists; provide financial metrics to the finance team for billing and invoicing purposes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Market Research, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Marketing Research preferred, with experience in Healthcare data collections also advantageous.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using Decipher or similar platforms, Microsoft Office, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines with attention to detail.
