Main Responsibilities
  • Navigate provider organizations to identify key contacts for research participation
  • Schedule interviews and appointments via phone, email, and other outreach channels
  • Conduct in-depth interviews with healthcare professionals to assess healthcare technologies and services
  • Build strong rapport with stakeholders across hospitals, clinics, and payer organizations
  • Guide providers through data, including website tours, demos, and report reviews
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to process improvements
