As a marketing professional, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective marketing strategies.

This role involves managing and executing all marketing efforts, with a primary focus on acquiring new students. You will write and edit marketing content for emails, website updates, and promotional materials. Additionally, you will follow up with students and corporate leads, using data to maintain and update the pipeline of prospective participants and clients. Your responsibilities will also include responding to scholarship requests and guiding applicants through the decision-making process, as well as taking ownership of outreach efforts to convert leads into program participants or corporate clients. You will work closely with the team to improve workflows for marketing and student engagement processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and execute all marketing efforts, including email marketing, social media, and content creation.
  • Write and edit high-quality marketing content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Build and maintain relationships with students, corporate leads, and partners.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing campaign success.

  • Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and software.
  • Strong organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in emails, spreadsheets, and other deliverables.
