A Lead Generation Specialist is required to support sales efforts in the daycare industry across the United States.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough online research to identify potential daycare centers.
- Locate and verify Executive Director details using online tools and public records.
- Maintain data accuracy by regularly cross-checking with authoritative sources.
- Create new lead entries in HubSpot with complete information.
- Ensure proper formatting and tagging of leads for segmentation by location, daycare size, and number of children.
- Track lead source and update lead status based on enrichment and confirmation progress.
- Engage with companies via cold-calling to verify contact details.
- Record call outcomes and update HubSpot accordingly.
This role involves identifying and enriching lead data, confirming contact details, organizing qualified leads into our CRM (HubSpot), and assigning them to SDRs based on specific criteria.
Required Qualifications:- Proven experience in lead generation or a sales operations role.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems, especially HubSpot.
- Experience working with sales outreach tools.
- Strong eye for detail and persistence when investigating incomplete information.
- Resilience and professionalism over the phone.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and advanced written skills.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
