Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Cold Caller. This position involves engaging with healthcare practices and other target industries through direct messaging and cold calling, with the goal of setting qualified appointments for our sales team.



As a key member of our outreach team, you will be responsible for:

  • Making outbound cold calls to targeted healthcare practices
  • Sending personalized direct messages via LinkedIn and email to generate interest
  • Qualifying prospects using our proven outreach framework
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments for the sales team, ensuring all details are captured in relevant systems
  • Maintaining accurate call records, tracking metrics, and meeting weekly appointment goals


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in outbound appointment setting, telesales, or lead generation
  • Proven success with cold calling and DM-based outreach
  • Comfortable using tools such as Kixie, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Self-motivation, organization, and a drive to meet targets
  • A stable internet connection and professional work environment


Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience in the healthcare sector, familiarity with HIPAA compliance, or medical office operations would be beneficial.
