
Client Service Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional client service and support as the main point of contact for clients. This involves ensuring clear and effective communication, managing account-related issues, and working proactively to prevent escalations.
Maintaining account health by monitoring key performance indicators and ensuring compliance with Amazon policies is also crucial in this position. Additionally, coordinating with internal teams to support client needs, handling day-to-day account administration, and providing periodic reports and insights to clients on account performance and potential improvements are essential responsibilities.
This role requires a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or client-facing roles.
