Key Accounts Supervisor

The Key Accounts Supervisor plays a vital role in the Modern Trade Team, directly reporting to the Key Accounts Manager. This individual is responsible for overseeing National Key Accounts (NKA) and Local Key Accounts (LKA), ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between account head offices and retail outlets.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee NKA and LKA, as well as the entire National Listing area.
  • Support the Key Accounts Manager in day-to-day execution, store-level coordination, order management, and provide field-level insights.
Requirements
  • BS/BA in Business, Finance, Management, or a relevant field.
  • Possess passion for growth and strong time management skills to work effectively in a changeable environment.
  • Have outstanding knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Exhibit good communication and people skills.
  • Demonstrate aptitude in problem-solving.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced environment is essential.
