Paid Social Strategist Job Opportunity">

We are seeking a creative and energetic Paid Social Strategist to join our team with a passion for performance marketing and team management. The successful candidate will be responsible for the performance strategy growth and execution of paid social accounts from A-Z.

  • Full ownership and execution of performance marketing via paid social platforms including TikTok Meta Pinterest Snapchat Reddit and LinkedIn where applicable.
  • Lead execution of optimizations concerning performance improvements relative to goals.
  • Effective communication internally and externally for clients and client teams.
  • Excellent marketing and business acumen complete understanding of the marketing funnel and how to execute via paid social full understanding of the eCommerce model and basic lead gen strategies ability to navigate roadblocks and adapt strategy to changes in landscape to achieve desired results.
  • Performance reporting and strategy communication.
  • Contributing to a constructive and effective work environment actively participating in the growth and development of junior talent where applicable employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department.

  • 1-2 years of digital marketing agency experience a plus.
  • 1+ year of experience with Direct Response marketing specifically in E-Commerce lead gen and B2B a plus.
  • 1+ year of experience with Meta Ads and TikTok ads for direct response campaigns additional platforms a plus (LinkedIn Ads Pinterest Ads etc).
  • 1+ year of experience leading paid social strategy for direct response marketing efforts.
  • 1+ year of experience with Google Analytics Shopify and other technical platforms a plus.
  • 1 year of experience client facing and handling communications.
  • Excellent Excel skills with clear understanding of advanced Excel features.

  • Managing a full workload indicated by one or more of the following $26k MRR or 6 owned clients.
  • Below 10% client churn rate.
