Paid Search Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Search Marketing Director to lead our paid search marketing efforts.

This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in leveraging platform tools for campaign optimization, automation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute paid search marketing strategies that drive maximum return on investment (ROI) for direct-response campaigns
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns to achieve high-performing results
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations for client meetings and quarterly business reviews
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate paid search insights into broader marketing strategies
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in the related field or equivalent experience
  • Strong track record in direct-response, performance marketing with 4+ years PPC experience
  • Proficiency in Fluency is preferred but not required
  • Advanced Excel skills and analytical expertise with attention to detail
  • Experience working in a multi-client environment with strong organization and communication skills
