Payroll Specialist Job Opportunity

Job Summary:

We seek a skilled payroll professional to deliver accurate and timely payroll services to clients. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless payroll experiences.

  • Process and review payroll for businesses with 100% accuracy.
  • Prepare payroll reports and ensure timely submission.
  • Assist clients with payroll queries, adjustments, and compliance issues.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve payroll-related concerns.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and become their trusted payroll advisor.
  • Identify and report any risks, errors, or compliance concerns related to payroll processing.
  • Follow information security guidelines to protect sensitive payroll data.

Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of experience in payroll, accounting, or finance.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll regulations and compliance.

  • Strong customer service mindset — you're approachable, helpful, and solutions-oriented.
  • Proficient in Excel and able to work with payroll data confidently.
