Automation Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and deliver AI-powered automation solutions.

  • Translate business requirements into clear automation specifications and workflow logic.
  • Design and build robust automation workflows using tools like n8n or Power Platform as the orchestration layer.
  • Develop and refine prompts for generative AI use cases, including summarization, data transformation, structuring, and decision logic.
  • Integrate APIs, webhooks, and LLM tools into end-to-end automation solutions.
  • Automate business operations using Airtable, Slack, Google Workspace, CRMs, and Power Platform tools.
  • Lead testing, documentation, and iterative improvement of workflows.
  • Contribute to team methodology and best practices in intelligent automation delivery.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Requirements:
  • 2–5+ years of experience in automation, workflow design, or integrations.
  • Proven production experience using n8n, Power Automate, or similar workflow automation tools.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional automation designs.
  • Expertise in API work: JSON, webhooks, authentication, and error handling.
  • Experience with Airtable automations, scripting, and formulas.
  • Familiarity with LLM APIs and prompt engineering fundamentals.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
