Client is looking for an experienced Automation and AI Consultant / Developer to act as an Advisor to CEO & lead the development of cutting-edge tools and workflows and be at the forefront of continual innovation within the future of work.

This position requires an advisor to guide and implement solutions that will create ideas into reality, revolutionize key aspects of how the world of business works and create the tools and systems of tomorrow in industry sectors relating [not limited] to Marketing, HR, business optimization, AI solutions agency.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Automation and AI Development, with a background in Python, CRM platforms like GoHighLevel, and AI-driven tools. Proficiency in English communication is required to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Strong email automation knowledge and experience with likes of Active Campaign, familiarity with GMASS for email validation and frameworks such as Dash and TensorFlow will be a significant advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Design and Develop Automation Workflows: Streamline fundraising processes, including lead generation, email campaigns, and reporting, leveraging tools such as GoHighLevel CRM, GMASS, and Python.

• CRM and Platform Integration: Build and maintain integrations between GoHighLevel, Microsoft tools (e.g., Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) and Active Campaign.

• Process Optimization: Advise on & create solutions to enhance core business processes, including a salary benchmarking application.

• Custom Automation Solutions: Create scripts and frameworks for complex automation needs and AI-driven solutions.

• Email Management and Validation: Implement and optimize workflows for email outreach campaigns, ensuring high deliverability using Active Campaign or similar

• AI and Machine Learning Applications: Develop and integrate AI-driven tools for personalized messaging, lead scoring, and decision-making.

• Application optimization: Advise on and action continual improvement of early stage web application.

• Creativity: Work closely with CEO on evolution & growth strategy for future services and systems to revolutionize the Philippines business industry

• Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with key stake holders and exec leadership to devise solutions aligned with specific business requirements & goals.

• Stay Current with Industry Trends: Research and recommend emerging technologies to enhance automation, integration, and AI capabilities.

• Experience with marketing automation processes.

• Familiarity with utilizing ai tools to optimize multiple workflow processes

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Experience: Process automation engineering, system integrations, or similar

• Programming: Python, including frameworks like Flask, FastAPI, or Django.

• CRM Platforms: Deep experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRMs.

• Microsoft Ecosystem: Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and related tools.

• Email Tools: GMASS, Active Campaign [or similar]

• AI/ML Frameworks: Knowledge of TensorFlow for building and deploying AI-driven solutions.

• Data Visualization: Experience with Dash for creating interactive dashboards and reports.

• Integration Platforms: Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Workato for workflow orchestration.

• Version Control: Proficiency with GitHub for managing code repositories and collaborative development.
