Job Overview

The Senior QA Automation Lead is a leadership position responsible for developing and executing quality assurance strategies across teams. This role requires expertise in manual and automation testing, as well as strong leadership skills to mentor QA engineers and drive innovation in QA practices.

As a key member of the team, the Senior QA Automation Lead will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of QA processes into the development lifecycle. They will be responsible for defining and implementing testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices, as well as monitoring automation test coverage and execution results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute quality assurance strategies across teams.
  • Mentor QA engineers and foster a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA processes seamlessly into the development lifecycle.
  • Define and implement testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Monitor automation test coverage and execution results.
Requirements
  • At least 5+ years experience in both manual and automation testing.
  • Experience in leading a team.
  • Development and execution of test plans and scenarios.
  • Experience in writing automated tests in Selenium, Cypress, and Appium.
Qualifications
  • Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented individual with a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Strong leader with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledgeable in testing, verification, and validation techniques to ensure software quality.
