Account Director - Commerce Position

This role focuses on establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships for our B2B travel commerce business. As a key member of the Partner Success team, you will support the growth of our partners in APAC across products such as flights, hotels, cars, and packages.

About The Job
You will be responsible for executing partner strategy, driving engagement, and ensuring partners are fully enabled to grow with our platform. This is a highly cross-functional role that blends commercial acumen, operational execution, and relationship management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the Partner Success strategy for HTS Commerce, from onboarding to sustained growth.
  • Lead onboarding, enablement, and day-to-day engagement for Korean-speaking partners.
  • Drive adoption of new products, features, and upsell opportunities across our travel commerce platform.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with teams to resolve partner issues, ensure smooth operations, and deliver an excellent partner experience.

Achieving Success:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Business-level fluency in Korean and English (required).
  • Proven ability to manage and grow strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
