Job Opportunity

This role is responsible for managing customer interactions, processing orders, and maintaining accurate data entry within the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inquiries, resolve order issues, process refunds, and provide excellent support via chat, email, and phone.
  • Enter, update, and verify orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Maintain stock accuracy, update inventory levels, and synchronize data across platforms.
  • Process return requests, coordinate replacements, and handle refund transactions efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate entry of order details, customer information, and financial transactions into seller accounts.
  • Communicate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Track account performance, report discrepancies, and optimize workflows.
  • Assist with operations on Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and other eCommerce platforms.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in seller central or eCommerce order processing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Strong proficiency in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills with experience in chat, email, and phone support.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and order tracking systems.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Amazon, eBay, and Shopify.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Sheets for tracking sales and reports.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Problem-solving mindset to handle complaints and order discrepancies.
