Inventory Management Coordinator

The Inventory Management Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods within the distribution center. This position is responsible for managing inventory levels, coordinating with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory levels and initiate replenishment tasks to maintain optimal stock in pick locations.
  • Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor and adjust inventory levels to optimize labor and equipment utilization.
  • Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage inventory activities.
  • Generate and analyze reports to track performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate on Business Operations or equivalent.
  • With Transport planning background (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in inventory management.
  • Proficiency in WMS and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
